The circulating water in enterprises contains a large amount of sludge, and due to limited space, there is no place to dry the sludge and water extracted by sludge scoopers. Is there any equipment that can convert the slurry produced by the sludge extractor (50 tons per hour) into a drier sludge cake? Please help me come up with some ideas!

To address it at its source, you need to change the dust removal and recycling methods used; spraying water yields the result mentioned earlier. If cyclone dust removal is employed first, followed by electrostatic dust removal, then the dust will likely be dry, and it can be transported via conveyor belts back to the boiler or sold as slag. If the existing treatment methods are continued, solid-liquid separation can be carried out from the circulating water, using filters such as pressure filters or vacuum filters, as well as horizontal screw dryers. If treatment is to take place in a sedimentation tank, slurry pumps, mortar pumps, or coal slurry pumps can be used to transfer the material to a horizontal screw dryer or to a filter for solid-liquid separation; this process helps to remove moisture, reducing it to around 15%. The flue gas is a flammable and explosive gas; some of the dry ash has been removed from the cyclone dust collector, but some ash remains and is carried away by the circulating water. We also considered using filter presses for liquid removal, but the filter presses we have encountered generally have a small processing capacity. Does the selected compressor take up a lot of space? Are there any units or manufacturers that use 50T/h equipment to process slurry coal?

The gas generation furnace we use produces water gas from lump coal as raw material. The water gas generated in the furnace carries coal ash with it; part of the coal is discharged in the form of dry ash, while another part is introduced into the circulating water as wet ash via a water washing tower. The temperature of the circulating water is around 50 degrees, and after sedimentation through micro-vortices, the clear water is sent to a cooling tower for temperature reduction, while the coal ash is discharged from the micro-vortices. Due to the high moisture content of wet coal ash, a large area is required for drying. If there is appropriate dehydration equipment, the problem can be solved. So, does anyone know if there are any devices available for handling 50 tons of wet coal ash, and what space such devices require?
