Recruitment for HaiChuan WeChat Content Editors: To further develop the HaiChuan WeChat account and enhance its influence, we are now seeking 2–4 part-time individuals to handle WeChat content creation among HaiChuan’s management staff. Requirements: 1. A genuine interest in the development of HaiChuan, along with sufficient time and enthusiasm. 2. Ability to post 6 times per week, with 2–4 posts each time; leisure-related content should be posted on weekends. 3. Task: Each person must create WeChat content for 8 days or more per month (1–4 posts per day). To ensure completion of the task, it is recommended to create content for 10 days per month, with any remaining content carried over to the following month to avoid falling short of the target. All content should be completed within the first half of the month. The content should consist mainly of original HaiChuan material, technical knowledge, and industry news. 4. Compensation: Posts that are not published by the administrators are considered invalid. For each post that is published each month, participants will receive 750–1500 activity points based on the number of views it receives; these points can be exchanged for prizes (the upper limit is 2000 points if more than 2 posts receive over 10,000 views that month). Additional points are awarded based on a 25-day standard, meaning 30–60 points per day; roughly one standard prize can be earned in 3 days. It is suggested to exchange prizes at the end of the year, with larger prizes available. A score of 8 days meets the minimum requirement, 12 days indicates excellent performance, while 6 days means failure to meet the standards. Those who fail for two consecutive months will have their positions removed. Those who create less than 3 posts in a given month will also have their positions removed. If each participant (3–4 people) meets the requirements on a monthly basis, they can earn an average of 180–980 activity points (taking into account the number of days the posts are shared, the quality of those posts on WeChat, and the number of readers; generally, the amount is between 200–400). If there are more than 10,000 views on any single post that month, an additional 100 activity points will be awarded for that day; or if there are N posts with over 10,000 views, 500 activity points will be given per such post (with a monthly maximum of 2,000 activity points). ———————————— The above standards apply when the number of followers is 50,000 or less. If the number of followers on the WeChat account exceeds 50,000, the reward amounts will increase. For participation, submit a self-introduction along with your ideas for working with WeChat accounts to the administrator zhangqi1234 (the leader of the WeChat group). If approved, you will be assigned as a WeChat account operator and will be able to edit content on the platform directly. Two administrators will select and summarize the content daily, while zhangqi1234 will review the quality and standards on a monthly basis and assign points for activities for that month. Those who fail to meet the standards or are found unqualified during that month, or those who act arbitrarily, will be dismissed immediately
