Looking for a job in control system design in Hangzhou

I have served as the project leader for one large-scale project as well as for several smaller projects. I live in Hangzhou and am looking for a related job there; the salary can be discussed. Tensho asked once last year; there was no shortage of people at that time. It seems like I haven’t seen any job postings from them this year; perhaps there’s no need for new hires?
