According to EN14620 and GB/T50938-2013 \"Technical Specifications for Low-temperature Steel Storage Tanks in the Petrochemical Industry\", is it mandatory to conduct a hydrostatic test on the outer tank of a double-metal wall low-temperature full-volume tank, or is only a pneumatic test sufficient? Has the low-temperature tank under construction undergone a hydrostatic test of its outer tank in accordance with the standard requirements? Although standard specifications require that metal outer tanks be subjected to hydrostatic testing, to the best of my knowledge, none of the currently built double-metal LNG full-volume tanks have undergone such testing.
