Poor treatment, no future prospects, or due to danger.
Either the benefits are not good enough to retain employees, or there is no future and little opportunity for growth. . . . Or, the interpersonal relationships are too chaotic
Income is low or uncertain. Responsibilities are scattered, management is chaotic, and employees lack a sense of belonging.

It indicates that it’s a trap; it’s best not to jump in
Either the money wasn’t paid properly, or they felt offended and couldn’t bear to lose face, or they simply shared different principles and couldn’t work together.
It seems that nowadays, aside from state-owned enterprises and some foreign-funded companies, there is quite a lot of turnover.
That’s what happens when you can’t see any future! Hehe
Are there not many jobs, with most being temporary positions?
