Dear colleagues, what do the sampling points at the outlet of the change furnace in your units look like? Photos would be great. In my plant, the sampling points get clogged frequently during winter, even though there is heating in place
A 1/2 inch sampling line is connected to a sampler at the upper part of the outlet pipeline of the converter. If it gets clogged frequently, the exhaust emission of the sampler can be kept on.
Is there a sampling device? It is high temperature, so heat tracing must be available and in good working order; generally, the sampling pipelines are of DN25 to DN32 diameter
I think the same, but the smell at the scene will be very strong
There is a sampling device; mainly because it’s cold in winter, crystals tend to form inside
Actually, crystallization does occur there sometimes, but generally, just blowing it with steam is enough
Our factory discharges once per hour; later, a separator was added, with the bottom part kept fully open to direct the flow into the drain, while the upper part is opened only for sampling
