Problems with the coagulation+SBR water treatment method

I have a question about process design. Flow rate = 360 m3/d, COD = 1700 mg/L, BOD = 850 mg/L, SS = 100 mg/L, colority = 100 times; the wastewater consists of 80% industrial wastewater and 20% domestic sewage. Requirements: COD 90 mg/L, BOD 20 mg/L, SS 60 mg/L, colority 40 times. What methods can be used to meet the standards? I am considering physical-chemical pretreatment + SBR method + activated carbon adsorption; I wonder if it’s possible to achieve the required standards
Activated carbon adsorption is not a long-term solution; who will replace it once it becomes saturated?
By adding MBR after your SBR, it will be possible to handle it.
