There is likely also a stirrer inside; temperature measurement tubes and steam pipes can also be lined with PTFE, but you need to meet the following conditions: 1) The reaction temperature should not exceed 150 degrees – if it does, it is highly recommended to use metal materials. 2) A slight negative pressure is acceptable; if the negative pressure is too high, metal materials are advised. 3) For heating, internal heating is used; for steam pipes and heat transfer oil, other materials should be used if a jacket is present. 4) If plastic is used for internal anti-corrosion, welding should not be carried out on the outside, as this can easily damage the lining layer. 5) This message was typed manually by the moderator – is it okay to include advertisements here?
