First, a simulation test should be conducted before expansion bonding, carrying out appropriate pull-out force tests or airtightness tests to obtain process parameters that meet the requirements. During the expansion jointing of the equipment, the process parameters must be strictly followed. A leak test is conducted after the expansion jointing is completed. However, the specific type of leakage test to be chosen must be determined by the designer based on the specific operating conditions of the equipment.
Actually, there is no specific test. For the inspection items of heat exchangers, the strength expansion test is the same as the strength welding test.
