Your flow meter uses Nm3/h as the unit of measurement, right? Under standard conditions, the density of air is 1.293 Kg/Nm3. By multiplying the flow rate by this density, we get 15000 Nm3/h * 1.293 Kg/Nm3 = 19395 Kg.
