It is no exaggeration to say that every chapter, section and article was formulated at the cost of bloodshed. To ensure the life and health of workers and employees, as well as to guarantee the smooth development of production and business entities, **relevant safety laws and regulations aimed at ensuring safe production have been formulated and enacted. Employees in production enterprises have the responsibility and duty to implement these regulations conscientiously; no one shall refuse to do so or violate them for any reason. ② Regularly check the safety condition of the work site and equipment, and take measures to immediately correct any violations of safety regulations and guidelines that are identified. Due to their inherent characteristics, various manufacturing industries have complex and variable working conditions, poor operating environments, and numerous risk factors, which pose many difficulties in production as well as safety hazards. After an accident resulting in injuries or deaths occurs in a company, every department of the company as well as its employees should take immediate action and actively participate in the rescue efforts. Every effort should be made to minimize casualties among employees and **property losses. It is necessary to organize oneself to carry out all tasks assigned by the rescue command; no one is allowed to avoid participating in the rescue efforts under any pretext. Employees who perform outstandingly in accident rescue should be given spiritual and material rewards.
