These days, many jobs require experience; switching industries is even more difficult. One can’t just quit job arbitrarily like the wealthy do – every step must be taken with caution, which ends up making one hesitant. If one were to take a bold risk and quit without a new job, there’s a fear of not being able to handle the pressure of unemployment. Are there any successful people in this situation?

Hehe, not at all panicked. I’ll learn both electrical systems and instruments; if that doesn’t work, I can still do maintenance work – cutting and welding are all within my capabilities. If nothing else works, I’ll just go do physical labor
