Let me explain briefly: the flash chamber is one of the main devices in the evaporation process. It is essentially a hollow chamber, and ahead of it or as a preceding component is the heater of the evaporation unit. After passing through the preheater and being heated by the heater, the material reaches the boiling point and then flows automatically into the flash chamber. At this point, the material enters the flash chamber, which has a suddenly larger inner diameter, through pipes of smaller diameter; as a result, the pressure of the liquid drops instantly. When this pressure becomes lower than the saturated vapor pressure of water at that temperature, the boiling point of water also decreases, and the water in the material evaporates immediately, thereby achieving evaporation and concentration and improving production efficiency. Generally, this flash chamber is connected to a vacuum system, so that the pressure remains below the saturated vapor pressure of water at that temperature, which facilitates the evaporation and concentration of the material.
