How to solve reboiler clogging

I am a crude benzene hydrogenation and refining unit; the evaporator reboilers keep getting clogged. What can be done to solve this problem? Several units of the same type have not been able to find a solution to this issue. I hope experts out there can help find a solution. The main reason for the blockage is the operating temperature of 160–170°C in the polymerization evaporators for styrene and similar substances.
