Debris collapse debate: around the valve chamber. Around the buried pipes, compaction is carried out as specified in the drawings during backfilling; this has been verified. It rained heavily for several days, leading to further collapses, and the construction company refused to make repairs. What should I do?
It has been checked. It was caused by inadequate supervision.
If it was done according to the drawings and passed inspection, then of course it was rejected. To make corrections, further negotiations are needed, along with additional work volume.
