Some issues need to be determined first: what level your boss or supervisor wants your project to be at. In other words, what type of design firm are you looking for? Do you want to work with a large, highly skilled firm, or with a firm whose technical capabilities are average? Or maybe you’re looking to save money by choosing a firm that isn’t actually a proper design firm – something like a shell company that relies on someone else’s qualifications. If you have substantial financial resources, it’s perfectly fine to choose a company with stronger capabilities; you won’t suffer any losses in the end. The design quality is high, and it also saves a lot of trouble in terms of construction and procurement, freeing up time and effort for you – something that money cannot replace ； If you don’t have much money and want to save, then there’s nothing more I can say! The design institute was of course chosen carefully; the management was willing to spend money on this.
