What are the reasons for the fluctuations in liquid level at various sections of the alkali scrubber tower? What impact will it have on production? What are the good adjustment measures?

The liquid level in each section is not a problem; the accumulation tank of the circulation pump overflows when it becomes full. It’s sufficient to control the liquid level in the tower bottom, and the temperature should not be too high to reduce the amount of moisture entering the system. There are also water washing systems and demister screens at the top.
