Notice from the Provincial Registration Office regarding the issuance of the professional qualification certificates for registered engineering consultants for the year 2014 【Information date: 2015/6/19; Number of views: 14653】 Notice from the Provincial Registration Office regarding the issuance of the professional qualification certificates for registered engineering consultants for the year 2014 To all candidates registered with the Provincial Registration Office: The professional qualification certificates for registered engineering consultants for the year 2014 will begin to be issued starting from June 29, 2015. Candidates can choose to have the certificates delivered to them via postal courier service with payment upon delivery, or collect them in person. The details are as follows: 1. Postal courier service with payment upon delivery – To facilitate candidates in obtaining their relevant professional qualification certificates in the construction field, our office has partnered with Nanjing Post EMS to provide a courier service that allows candidates to pay for the delivery of their certificates. 1. Process for cash on delivery shipping: EMS gets in touch with the candidates through the phone numbers provided during registration, obtains their consent, verifies their identities and shipping details, and then sends out the certificates. The recipient signs for them using their original valid ID card and pays the relevant fees. 2. Shipping fees and rates: Cash on delivery, 10 yuan per item for deliveries within the city, 20 yuan per item for deliveries outside the city. 3. EMS contact number: 13815869026. II. Candidates who choose to collect their certificates in person and do not accept payment by mail or courier service may go to the designated location within the specified time frame, presenting their original valid ID card, to obtain their professional qualification certificates. 1. Certificate issuance period: June 29, 2015 – July 10, 2015. Morning: 09:00–11:00 Afternoon: 13:30–16:30 (except on holidays). 2. Location for collecting the certificate: Window No. 19 at the Convenience Service Center of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (8th floor, Yincheng Plaza, 289 Jiangdong North Road, Nanjing). 3. Documents required to collect the certificate: The original ID card (or military ID) of the applicant. 4. Collection on behalf of the applicant: The person collecting on behalf must bring both their own original ID card and the candidate’s original ID card.
