During the operation of the reduction furnace for over 20 hours, the rods are replaced; there is enough silicon core left after disassembling the furnace. Upon inspection, it was found that this electrode cooling water pipe was adjacent to the feed pipeline. What consequences can high temperature in this cooling water pipe cause?
The melting of silicon cores should have little to do with cooling water; the main considerations are loading into the furnace and control
It’s mainly due to an inappropriate match between temperature and material quantity
