I am seeking the unit price of ethylene compressors used in million-ton-scale ethylene production plants, the unit price of integrated control systems for such plants, the unit price of large reciprocating labyrinth compressors, the unit price of large explosion-proof synchronous motors used to drive reciprocating compressors, as well as the unit price of instrument automation distributed control systems. I urgently need information on screw compressors used in million-ton-scale ethylene processing processes. Thank you everyone!

Beyond the hardware for these devices, things such as technical support, services, spare parts, and supervision and inspection of the manufacturing process all come at a cost. There are no fixed prices available, and several rounds of negotiation are needed to reach an agreement. If the original poster has sufficient background, enough influence, and strong connections, they can ask directly the leaders, managers, purchasing supervisors, and project managers at SEI or Global. However, for manufacturers of some large-scale equipment, this could be quite sensitive commercial information.
For each device, the mechanical engineering department prepares a data sheet and sends it to various manufacturers to obtain a preliminary price estimate – a rough figure, and that quite quickly.
The price is determined by the equipment configuration and requirements; it is recommended that you issue a tender to obtain quotes!
Try to send a quote and see if those large equipment manufacturers will respond with a commercial quote Do you think this is some kind of casual business? This is an industrial project; the inquiry request includes many details, and the quote also contains numerous elements. It’s not what you think – they won’t give you a quote as soon as you ask. They first need to consider whether it’s worth providing you with a quote.
The mechanical engineering department prepares a data sheet that indicates a general range of prices for the entire set of components; the subcontractor can either choose from this range or let the manufacturer select the components. This preliminary selection and pricing process is used by design firms for budgeting or bidding purposes. Manufacturers don’t know exactly what prices to quote each year, as the figures aren’t very precise. Which manufacturer’s salesperson refused to do this? By maintaining relationships, project tracking will provide high-quality quotation services.
