I would like to ask everyone: how is wastewater from gas tank drainage, compression drainage, and advanced desulfurization drainage treated?
It is collected together and sent to a wastewater treatment plant for biochemical treatment.
But this amount isn’t very large, is it delivered directly? Is there any oil removal process for the methanol?
For the production of methanol from coke oven gas, methanol plants generally do not have wastewater treatment facilities; oily wastewater is discharged into oil-containing wastewater tanks and then sent to the wastewater treatment plant at the coking facility for processing. If coal-to-methanol plants are all designed with wastewater treatment workshops.
