We currently produce 98% acid, but due to weather conditions, we can only produce 93% acid at the moment. Currently, we produce 93% acid by adding water to the finished product, which causes severe corrosion to the pipelines used for transporting this product; therefore, we want to change the manufacturing process. Let’s see if it’s possible to produce 93% acid in a dry process.
In conventional acid production, the output from the drying tower is 93% acid, which is obtained directly. Reduce the amount of water added to absorb acid, ensuring water balance. It has been adding water to the finished acid, yet they claim that due to the hot weather only 93% acid can be produced – this is contradictory.
Drying is the process of producing 93 acid; it is important to control the gas temperature at the inlet for drying.

Hehe, if you can’t even handle the piping required to mix ready-made acid with water to create 93% acid, then producing it in a facility is out of the question. Any leak in such piping will basically disrupt the production process in the main facility. But the piping needed for 93% acid should be easy to handle
Add an acid production pipeline at the outlet of the drying pump (where the pressure protector is located), add water to the drying cycle tank, and adjust the acid feeding valve.
