Reply to 4# Jiutian Lanyue: Can a company that is entrusted by the project owner to manage the entire construction process (a management company under the agency construction system, with qualifications for supervision and project management) also undertake supervision tasks in the projects for which it provides project management services? Answer: Unable to undertake supervision services. Since you are entrusted by the owner to oversee the entire construction process, you have the responsibilities and obligations to supervise and manage the supervisors. And if one were to carry out supervision work in their own project, it would constitute \"a father supervising his son,\" which violates the principle of conflict of interest and is also not in line with the requirements for third-party oversight.
Reply to 6# Jiutian Lanyue: Generally, **state-owned enterprise investments should be subject to public bidding. Invited tendering can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Bidding Law.
