It is a vertical high-speed pump with two-stage speed increase; the sliding bearings of the high-speed shaft and the low-speed shaft are worn, and the shaft sleeves are also damaged. But why does this cause leakage at the seal on the medium side? Ask for the reason
Wear leads to increased shaft wobble or misalignment, resulting in seal leakage
Excessive shaft runout or play causes damage to the sealing mechanism, resulting in leakage. Is the thrust bearing worn? If so, it’s easy to understand – the movement causes the seal to leak. It is recommended to identify the root cause of the wear on the sliding bearings – what fault is causing it. If the root cause is not addressed, simply replacing the bearings will not provide a lasting solution, nor will sealing do so.
During the trial run after the first installation, it was found that the gearbox temperature was high. After clearing the oil passages inside the bearing housing, it was discovered that the bearings were damaged, likely due to poor oil flow.

Without pictures, there’s no way to know for sure; it’s hard to say anything. It’s recommended to first check whether there has been any reversal in the situation, and then examine the wear level of the thrust washers on the high-speed shaft

The lubricant inlet pipeline is equipped with a filter; where exactly is the blockage in the oil circuit you’re referring to? What is blocking it? Butter?
Are sliding bearings generally lubricated with grease or oil?
It must be lubricant. By butter, I mean the gasket on the center surface when the cover is closed is sometimes glued using butter; other O-rings also commonly use butter. . . I’m worried that too much butter might get into the oil circuit. . . Causes blockage
