What is the structure of a four-channel burner used for water-coal slurry gasification, and how do the coal slurry and oxygen flow within the burner?
The discharge pipeline for black water from the scrubber gets clogged, mainly during the initial phase of operation. If the circulation time of the black water is short when the plant is shut down, a large amount of dust accumulates in the scrubber. During maintenance, the bottom of the scrubber is not cleaned, and after feeding material in, due to low load and low furnace temperature, the coal slurry does not atomize properly and combustion is incomplete, resulting in a large amount of black ash being carried into the scrubber. As the furnace temperature rises, the temperature of the equipment and pipelines also increases, causing large amounts of scale to break off. After reaching 1.0 MPA, the black water is directed to the high-flash unit, and this is when the pipelines are prone to getting clogged; The solution is to increase the drainage volume after each stop; if there is enough time for maintenance, clean the bottom of the tower. Before starting up, open the drain valve at the bottom of the scrubber tower to check whether the pipes in the first half of the system are unobstructed. If they are not, close the shut-off valve on the black water pipeline of the scrubber tower and use the high-pressure boiler feed water from the gasification system to flush out the blockage at the bottom. If the blockage is located in the latter part of the black water pipeline, close the angle valve and the upstream valve, then use the high-pressure boiler feed water from the slag-water system to perform a flush. There is also the issue of blocked pipelines during operation; this usually happens because of manual operation of the angle valves, and over time sediment builds up. As a result, the flow rate decreases, and if this isn’t noticed, the pipeline gets blocked. A bit messy;P
The four-channel burner for water-coal slurry gasification must be that of the Tsinghua furnace; GE’s and those with four nozzles have three channels. The burner of the Tsinghua furnace combines preheating and process burning functions. I haven’t seen any detailed information on it, but it seems to have an additional channel for preheating the material, in addition to the three channels
