It seems that last year, the refinery in Daqing, Heilongjiang, was able to enable searches that led directly to the relevant screens, allowing operations to be carried out through those screens. I just didn’t pay close attention at the time; I had just graduated, and after all, it’s possible to quickly locate the necessary information on the PID control screens in order to make the appropriate adjustments. However, the problem we encounter during the debugging phase as those responsible for installation is that we are not familiar with the tag numbers listed in his PID flowchart. To find these tag numbers, we have to use the search function, but instead of taking us directly to the PID screen, the search takes us to the configuration module, which is very inconvenient. As a result, we don’t know whether the company responsible for configuration has linked the screens with the relevant configurations, or sometimes the screens themselves don’t exist at all; we have to search through each screen individually to find the corresponding tag numbers, which greatly slows down the progress.
