I’m seeking advice from experts. There is a type of exhaust gas that needs to be treated; its components include paraffin, dust, stearic acid, and other substances. The flow rate of this gas is around 10,000 cubic meters per hour, and the temperature is approximately 100 degrees. I’m looking for a reasonable treatment process – I’ve considered several options, but each of them has some shortcomings!
You can share the several approaches you’re considering with everyone, and they can discuss them with you to see if they can be improved. Asking such things without any reason, and since it’s not from the same industry, it’s hard to think of a way to deal with it
Could you specify the components of the exhaust gas? Should we analyze each case on its own?
Hugging you: In my opinion, the temperature is 100 degrees; there is acidity, dust, and paraffin. I have a few questions: first, is paraffin in liquid or solid form? Second, what is the amount of dust, and what are its components? Warm acidic gases can be treated by adding alkali to them in a plastic basin or tower. If paraffin is in a liquid state, it is oil; oil removal equipment can be used to deal with it. The best way to handle dust is by using bag filters and dust collection chambers. It’s best to detect the existing proportion now; otherwise, it will be difficult to make a selection.
It’s at least level 2 processing. First remove dust, then remove organic waste gases
I agree with what was said on the fifth floor, but you need to make your own judgment based on the actual situation
First, use steam to remove paraffin and stearic acid, then use a cyclone to remove dust
First, use steam to remove paraffin and stearic acid, then use a cyclone to remove dust
What I’m considering is first adding a spray tower, which can remove dust while also eliminating most of the paraffin and stearic acid aerogels. After that, an evaporator can be installed, or a dust collector can be used, followed by pressure filtration using a gas-liquid filter element
First, wash with water from a spray tower, then condense and remove water using an air cooler, and subsequently treat the organic substances based on their content and properties
