Motor shock protection devices, shock prevention modules, and shock prevention contactors – these three types of equipment are commonly used in chemical plants to protect 380V motor pump systems from shocks.
I am a manufacturer specializing in the production of products to prevent voltage fluctuations. For contactors operating at 220V AC, I recommend the JYFS-01 voltage fluctuation protection device. It is connected in front of the coil, and normally DC12V is used to keep the contactor engaged. Once a voltage dip occurs, the CPU is immediately used to switch to electric melting discharge in order to prevent the contactor from tripping. It switches back immediately after the recovery voltage is reached; it is stable and reliable, features simple wiring, and is energy-efficient and compact. Feel free to send a message if needed
Use an anti-vibration electrical contactor, or add a delay (1-3 seconds) to the original contactor
1. Ensure proper lightning protection and grounding. 2. Adjust the timing settings of the protection mechanisms appropriately. 3. Install surge protection modules for important equipment

A permanent magnet contactor can be used to delay the process by 2 to 3 seconds; alternatively, a time relay can be installed to set the desired delay time, achieving the same effect.
