I want to learn the design of *LNG gasifiers. I need help with the following questions; I hope experts and specialists can provide answers. Design question: 1. What is the heat transfer calculation formula? 2. How are various design parameters determined, such as the design temperature at the inlet, the design conditions at the outlet, the design flow rate, and the design pressure? 3. What does the heat exchange area include? Should fins be counted as one area or two areas? Should the external surface area of the pipe be considered? Issues related to equipment size and material: 1. Detailed dimensions or drawings of the finned tube. 2. Are the specifications for finned tubes available on the market fixed? Are the sizes of the same specification all the same? Or what are the criteria for determining the size? Are the national standards set by the government, or do individual manufacturers determine them? 3. The relevant issues regarding the link video are the same as above. Are the side connectors made by cutting from the middle connectors, or are there separate single-sided connectors? There are quite a few issues; I hope some expert can help answer them. With limited experience, there’s little I can offer in return besides a “thank you”.
