Should a mother have such love for her child?

Every morning, when taking the subway, there’s always a person who doesn’t queue; even if there are people in front of them, they push those people aside. After seeing this several times, it started to seem odd. Later I found out that she was doing it to save a seat for her high school-aged child. . . I saw this phenomenon again this morning. . It’s normal for a mother to love her children; I just wonder whether this is the right way to do it. .
