A few days ago, the mixer in the wastewater tank was quite large, but it suddenly stopped working. The maintenance team came and took a look; they said the reducer was low on oil. It can run idly after adding oil, but it can’t start again when the liquid level in the sedimentation tank is higher than the mixing blades. I don’t know why. Additionally, the reducer is of cycloidal pinwheel type. No places to refuel were found, and it’s not known where they get their fuel. Are there any photos of lubricating the reducer?

If a cycloidal reducer is designed to use lubricating oil, it will have an oil filling hole; if it is designed to use grease, there may be no grease filling hole (in this case, greasing can only be done during major repairs). The mixer can operate at idle speed, but if it fails to rotate when under load, there is a high probability that there is a problem with the transmission system. It is recommended to have it inspected and repaired.
