Dear masters, I would like to ask whether the fine adjustment of the exhaust furnace can be turned off completely during normal production, and what impacts this might have

The exhaust furnace is not as strict regarding wind control. . Unlike acid gas combustion furnaces, it is not necessary to control the ratio of hydrogen sulfide to sulfur dioxide through air distribution. . We are testing the exhaust furnace of our equipment; air is used as the shielding gas for the burners and other components.
The three-stage fan is originally used to regulate the oxygen level. Since it’s already at a high level, you can reduce its operation, but it’s better to keep it running at a low level to ensure smooth flow in the pipes! Additionally, adjustments should also be made to the first and second stages of airflow, so as to provide some flexibility for adjusting the third stage of airflow!
It’s already 5.69 – that’s too high. We keep it at no more than 2.5; it can be reduced further.
As long as the atmosphere pressure is above 16 and the oxygen content is between 2-8%, it can be turned off completely. The exhaust furnace does not have strict requirements regarding air volume
