Today, while cutting the high-pressure injection pump, I failed to close the outlet drain valve and left it open; since the drain valve is located behind the check valve, water sprayed out immediately, which really scared me. The operating procedures have requirements. Inspections before starting the pump: check the crank rotation, lubricating oil, sealing auxiliary system, the opening/closing status of the inlet and outlet valves as well as the drain and condensate valves, pressure gauges and level gauges, and the condition of the observation windows. The motor and the foundation bolts of the pump also need to be thoroughly inspected.
