As the title suggests, **how can mandatory regulatory documents like standards be sold as goods?** Shouldn’t it be public? Besides, a book of over a hundred pages can’t cost more than twenty bucks, right? I can’t figure it out

Yeah, standards are there for everyone to follow – why not allow access without spending any money? I can’t figure out this logic
