Welding of heat transfer oil coils

Can the company add a set of heat transfer oil systems inside a reactor, welding the various sections together there, to ensure 100% leak-free performance?
It is possible to achieve 100% leak-free results by preparing proper bevels, selecting the right welding materials, and using skilled welders.
I’m worried about the 52 welds; for 44 of them, there is only half of the weld on the side facing the cylinder, resulting in limited working space and poor visibility. Is 100% flaw detection necessary, and how should it be carried out?
Who can guarantee 100% no leaks? I guess no one would dare to say that! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Just conduct inspections after welding is complete! ! !
