The atomic absorption spectrometer from Beijing Ruili used in the laboratory is a quite basic model that doesn’t have a graphite furnace; however, the liquid-absorbing tip of the nebulizer is constantly clogged, which results in intermittent spraying from the impact ball. Sometimes it doesn’t even absorb liquid at all; one has to remove it and perform reverse blowing in order to make it absorb liquid. Do any of you have any good solutions? Do we usually conduct analyses for heavy metals such as lead, zinc, copper, and manganese? There have been several filters! Is cleaning also done by first using an acidic aqueous solution? Let’s have the experts discuss it~
We also used Beijing Riley’s product, but the issue you mentioned did not occur. Is there precipitation in your solution? The pipeline is still blocked. . .
I also suspect there might be precipitates in the solution, which are generally invisible to the naked eye; it is necessary to filter it twice using slow-speed filter paper. . . . .
