When our company’s screw refrigeration units are in operation, all parameters remain within the normal range. But it often stalls, with the dashboard showing a ‘fuel filter service time’ error. The unit was manufactured in 2005; its instrument panel has been sent back to the factory for repair. Currently, the repaired panel and the panel of the upgraded version of the unit are used alternately. Also, when parking, the intake pressure and exhaust pressure (oil pressure, oil filter pressure) show inconsistencies, and the instrument indicates that there is a problem with the panel. Also, during operation, the suction temperature is only around -6 to -7°C, while the evaporation temperature of Freon is around -30°C. The inhalation pressure is very high. Please advise, experts! ! !
Remove the oil-gas separator filter element, rinse it with compressed air, reinstall it once it’s clean – the problem will be solved. Give it a try.
Why? Was it Freon that carried the oil to the evaporator?
The reason is that the filter element of the oil-gas separator is clogged.
Replacing the oil filter did not yield a significant cleaning effect.
Before driving, the linkage (especially parking) should be checked to verify the correctness of the pathways and parameters
An oil filter and an oil separator element are two different things, located in different places.
Can the energy level rise automatically? What is the reason?
If the oil-gas separator is clogged, won’t the exhaust pressure rise? Solve? ? ?
A clogged filter element in the oil-gas separator can increase the exhaust pressure, causing it to exceed the system’s set pressure and leading to the automatic shutdown of the compressor.
