What standard is this pipe?

At one site, two types of stainless steel pipes were found: one with a diameter of φ70 (measured with a tape measure) and the other with a diameter of φ104 (also measured with a tape measure); it is not known which standard these pipes conform to. This scene is in the United States.
Go with the American standard: 73 for DN65, and 101.6 for DN90
What else could be found in the United States but American standards? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
The poster can check the outer diameter table for stainless steel pipes in ASME B36.19
ASME B36.19 only specifies 73 and 101.6. Standards such as DIN EN 10220 do indeed specify a diameter of 70, but not 104.
There is an issue with the ellipticity of the outer diameter. . Go measure the circumference of the outer circle, then divide it by 3.14 and see
Original poster, please confirm: is it a structural pipe or a process pipe? It was not visible inside the process pipe; standard American process pipes generally follow ASME B16.9 and API SPEC 5L.
These pipes must have been transported from within the country many years ago.
