Regarding the preparation of project drawings

I have a setup here that switches to produce 3 different products, but some of the equipment used is shared, while others are not. The safety assessment designers suggested that three process drawings be required for the three products, and I have no issue with that. However, the equipment identifiers also need to be revised; it was stated that shared equipment must have three different identifiers, with one identifier corresponding to each product. Those that are not shared can use the same tag number. One equipment layout diagram is essential. But the tag number of the shared equipment needs to be indicated. I would like to ask where the regulations specified in this drawing come from I hope experts can advise me on where to find the explicit regulations.
An amateur, I guess! Or it’s just too difficult.
