The gas blower isn’t delivering air

The blower was normally shut down, and when it was turned back on, no air flow occurred. When the inlet and outlet valves of the blower were opened, the blower started rotating in reverse – what could be the reason?

For example, when restarting the fan and it fails to start, what are the changes in the fan’s current? Is there any whistling noise? What about vibration levels? What are the suction pressure at the front of the fan and the resistance at the back? What are the set pressure and actual pressure for exhaust release, as well as the pressure in the gas collection duct?
