For rotameters, can’t almost any manufacturer produce them?
That’s not necessarily the case; some flow meter manufacturers do not produce rotameters.

There are very few manufacturers of rotameters in China; generally, domestic producers are not able to produce high-quality ones, and since the market for such devices is small, there are few companies that engage in this business.
