The motor bearing has no oil drainage port

Hello everyone, I wonder if you have noticed the condition of the motors in the factory. The motors in our factory have grease filling ports, but there is no way to drain the grease. As required, generally 1/3 to 1/2 of the tank is filled each time it is refueled; after 2-3 such fillings, the tank will be full. At that point, oil will enter the stator coils, affecting the operation of the motor. Are there any standard requirements regarding the installation of a fuel filling port on the motor, as well as the bearings to be used?
To lubricate the bearings of a motor, it is usually necessary to remove the small oil cover on the motor, namely the end cover. After cleaning it with gasoline or diesel, the lubricant can be added; however, it is not necessary to use too much lubricant – generally, two-thirds of the bearing chamber’s capacity is sufficient.
Does it have to be this troublesome? Isn’t fuel added directly through the fuel filling port on the motor? When removing the end cover, it’s somewhat easier for horizontal motors; for vertical motors, the entire motor has to be taken apart first in order to remove the end cover and fill it with oil
