Predictive maintenance refers to preparing the necessary components in advance, based on any faults identified during previous inspections and maintenance, so that they can be replaced directly during the next inspection and maintenance session, without compromising safe operation. Planned maintenance: This refers to planning the maintenance and servicing of a crane based on its operating conditions as well as the load levels on its various components. At present, there is no unified planned maintenance system in the country; generally, a three-level maintenance system consisting of minor repairs, medium repairs, and major repairs is employed
