Energy consumption of wastewater stripping unit

Dear sea friends: Hello everyone! We are currently conducting a feasibility study on a wastewater stripping unit, and the calculated energy consumption is around 210 Kg of steam per ton of wastewater. Is this considered high? I’ve seen in the literature that it’s 130–180 Kg of steam per ton of wastewater; what is the energy consumption of your respective plants? I’ll check it out. Thank you!
For single-tower systems with side streams, our specific steam consumption once reached 210 kg/t of wastewater. Additionally, this processing volume includes the amount fed into the tower (including the portion that is recycled back to the tank via the side-line condensate), as well as the amount fed into the tank.
Oh, thank you! So, is it generally based on the amount fed into the tower or the amount fed into the tank?
