What are the ten prohibitions regarding fire and explosion prevention?
(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited within the production facilities, and it is forbidden to bring open flames as well as flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive materials into the production area. (2) It is strictly prohibited to use fire for construction or domestic purposes within the production facility without going through the required procedures. (3) It is strictly prohibited to enter the oil and gas area to work while wearing clothing that tends to generate static electricity. (4) It is strictly prohibited to enter oil and gas areas as well as flammable and explosive areas while wearing shoes with iron nails. (5) It is strictly prohibited to use gasoline or volatile solvent oils to clean equipment, clothing, tools, and floors. (6) It is strictly prohibited for any unapproved motor vehicles to enter the production unit area, tank farm, and flammable and explosive areas. (7) Discharging flammable, explosive materials and chemical hazards on-site is strictly prohibited. (8) It is strictly prohibited to use ferrous metals or tools that can generate sparks for hammering, striking, or working within oil and gas areas. (9) It is strictly prohibited to block fire exits as well as to misuse or damage fire protection facilities. (10) It is strictly prohibited to damage various explosion-proof facilities in the plant.
It is a set of prohibitive provisions aimed at preventing fires and explosions; there are ten in total. If the eight prohibitions are indeed eight items^_^
Ten Prohibitions for Fire and Explosion Prevention (1) Smoking is strictly prohibited within the factory, as is bringing in any kind of ignition sources or flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive substances. Ten Rules for Fire and Explosion Prevention in Oil and Gas Tank Areas: 1. It is strictly prohibited to operate oil and gas storage tanks beyond their temperature, pressure, or liquid level limits, as well as to change the storage medium arbitrarily. II. It is strictly prohibited for operators to leave the site when manually removing water, switching tanks, or loading/unloading vehicles in oil and gas tank farms. III. It is strictly prohibited to shut down the safety valves and isolation valves of operational oil and gas storage tanks, as well as to install blind flanges on the pressure relief and discharge systems. IV. It is strictly prohibited to shut down the temperature, pressure, level, as well as flammable and toxic gas alarm and interlock systems in oil and gas tank farms. V. It is strictly prohibited to perform welding work or enter confined spaces in oil and gas tank areas without conducting gas testing and obtaining an operation permit. VI. It is strictly prohibited for the floating disk of an internal floating roof storage tank to touch the bottom during operation. VII. It is strictly prohibited to directly add substances of unknown properties or those that may undergo violent reactions into oil and gas storage tanks or the pipelines connected to them. 8. The use of non-explosion-proof lighting, electrical equipment, tools, and electronic devices in oil and gas tank areas is strictly prohibited. 9. It is strictly prohibited to allow unqualified personnel and contractors without the necessary qualifications to work in oil and gas tank farms; motor vehicles and outsiders are not permitted to enter the tank farms without authorization. X. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment and facilities in oil and gas tank farms when they are in poor condition or malfunctioning.
