Some brief discussions on PAC and PAM

Judging from the current market reaction, PAC seems quite “risky” – **with stricter inspections, the supply of goods becomes scarce. It seems like there are many details involved in this thing. What are some good recommendations and usage methods for PAM?

Isn’t the dosage and molecular weight of PAM determined through experiments before it is used? Were the amounts added gradually adjusted through multiple experiments during the later production process, or were they estimated without any experimentation?
Could the original poster explain what those rules are, so I can learn about them?~~

I guess it’s due to pollution; otherwise, the production wouldn’t be halted as soon as an inspection is conducted.
