How to deal with high ring acid value of raw materials

Dear colleagues, our factory uses naphthenic oil as raw material, with a naphthenic acid value of around 1.5, which has a significant impact on the subsequent processing units and products. I was wondering if anyone has any good methods for pre-treatment
How can you determine the naphthenic acid value on your own? As far as I know, there don’t seem to be such devices available in China? For atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, if the acid value is high, crude oil with a lower acid value can be blended in, and proper anti-corrosion measures must be taken for the units
If there is a problem with the raw materials, the only solution is to adjust the mixing ratio; replacing the raw materials or adjusting the manufacturing process based on them is not practical nor reasonable.
Low acid value raw materials are blended in such a way that the acid value of the mixture does not exceed the permissible limit set for the plant; however, high-temperature corrosion inhibitors must still be added to prevent corrosion caused by naphthenic acids.
