Trane portable chiller units, with a cooling capacity of 4500 kw per unit. 1. Should flexible connections be installed at the water inlet and outlet ports of the evaporator and condenser? Is it necessary to set it, or are there any principles? 2. How should the pressure gauges and temperature gauges on the inlet and outlet pipes be installed? Must pressure gauges be installed on the inlet and outlet water pipes?
The factory manual provides recommendations regarding the piping procedures. Since it’s a centrifugal compressor, there isn’t much vibration, so there’s no need to use flexible connectors; any unnecessary instrumentation should be avoided (does the pressure gauge need to be calibrated?) ), filters, as well as the venting at the top and the bottom drain valve are still very necessary
