Flow rate detection after liquid ammonia vaporization

After being vaporized, bottled liquid ammonia is added to the system in proportion, but the mass flow meters currently in use are unable to provide accurate measurements; therefore, weighing devices are used for calibration. Do any of you have any good experiences or suggestions? Please recommend some, thanks!
Although I don’t know the solution, I would like to ask how it is determined that a mass flow meter is giving inaccurate readings
The fluctuations are very large； There is a large difference compared to the calibration with a weighing scale.
It is estimated that inaccurate measurements occur only when gas and liquid coexist
Changing the flow meter should work, right?
