What are solid waste incinerators, the treatment of molten salts after incineration, and the composition of fly ash?

The secondary combustion chamber contains waste liquid with a high salt content; upon combustion, molten salt is produced. This molten salt ends up at the slag discharge device located at the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber. The slag discharge device is equipped with a water seal. So does this molten salt have to be dissolved back in water? In the end, it still has to be sent to the wastewater treatment plant (but the idea is to prevent this waste liquid from reaching the wastewater treatment plant by sending it directly to the incinerator). I would like to ask: 1. Can the molten salt resulting from incineration dissolve in water immediately? 2. What are the main components of fly ash, and is it possible to consider recovering the salts contained in it?
The molten salt mixes with the waste residues and solidifies, which directly results in the blockage of the slag discharge outlet. However, after calcination, the molten salt is no longer primarily an organic salt; it consists mainly of inorganic salts. Even if some of these inorganic salts dissolve into the wastewater, it isn’t a major problem, unless they are heavy metal salts
The original poster didn’t explain what solid waste fuel is. The combustion products are determined by the fuel.
